
Account Manager Administrative Assistant

As an Account Manager Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the account management team dedicated to ITN's valued clients in the luxury hospitality industry. You will be responsible for all administrative work for the Account Management department. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to adapt to the needs of our dynamic environment, a strong response orientation, an intellectual curiosity and passion for the luxury hospitality industry as well as international recruitment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions from the Account Manager Department.
· Updates our internal database with all items pertaining to the Account Management Department.
· Creates promotional materials for the Account Management Department.
· Liaises with internal team members to handle requests and queries from Account Managers.
· Engage in other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Hospiatlity Management or related field.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Fluent in English.
· Amenable to night shift
· Fast internet connection
