
Accounting & Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze physical or digital documents to extract relevant data.
- Sort and categorize documents according to company procedures.
- Accurately encode and input data into Excel spreadsheets and other data management systems.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness in all entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical or electronic).
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses, tracking invoices, and reconciling simple records.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create reports, organize files, and manage correspondence.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or incomplete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive company and financial information.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate; additional training in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry, document control, or an accounting-related role is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Office-based work
- May involve handling confidential financial and business information.

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
