Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience

    coaching, training, or leading
    a sales team (preferably in a
    call center environment
    ).
  • Skilled in coaching
    bottom, mid, and top performers
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    sales KPIs
    ,
    quota management
    , and
    performance tracking
    .
  • Excellent in
    objection handling
    and
    negotiation techniques
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Sales CRM
    ,
    QA tools
    , and
    Excel dashboards
    .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    1:1 coaching sessions
    with agents focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Team Leads to align coaching priorities with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze
    daily and weekly performance reports
    to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with
    client-approved scripts, disclosures, and QA standards.
  • Provide actionable insights and continuous feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
