Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or at least 2nd year college (must have completed at least the 2nd semester)
  • Minimum 1 year experience coaching or leading a sales team—preferably in a call center environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing KPIs such as sales quotas, conversion rates, or revenue.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities, with experience teaching these skills to others.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales CRM systems, QA tools, and creating Excel dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored one‑on‑one coaching focused on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence—through real call reviews, role‑plays, and live feedback.
  • Align coaching goals with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to ensure coaching priorities support overarching business objectives.
  • Enforce compliance with client‑approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards during coaching sessions and performance assessments.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance reports, leveraging data to diagnose issues, track improvement, and define next coaching steps.
