Sales Coach

As a Sales Coach, you will deliver transformative one-on-one coaching to agents, refining their closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence, while partnering with Sales Managers and Team Leads to align coaching with business objectives, ensuring compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience coaching or leading a sales team, ideally within a call center setting
- Proven expertise in managing KPIs tied to sales quotas across diverse products
- Exceptional proficiency in objection handling and negotiation strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Sales CRM platforms, QA tools, and Excel Dashboards
- Availability to work night shifts and manage voice-based accounts with confidence
