About the Role

As our Mortgage & Credit Process Officer, you'll be the operational heartbeat behind our brokers — ensuring every client enjoys a seamless journey from application to settlement.

This isn't just another admin job — it's a key role where your expertise, accuracy, and proactive communication help clients reach one of life's biggest milestones: owning their dream home.

You'll manage the full loan servicing process — reviewing documents, liaising with clients and brokers, managing applications in Infinity, and ensuring everything stays on track.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the trusted servicing specialist supporting Australian mortgage brokers

Manage client relationships and provide timely updates and follow-ups

Review payslips, credit reports, and client documents with precision

Oversee compliance and credit policy checks

Handle PA-style tasks to streamline broker operations

Use Salestrekker and Flex to manage loan progress efficiently

Anticipate client and broker needs — always staying one step ahead

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of servicing experience in the Australian mortgage industry
  • Proven experience as a para broker, loan servicing officer, or loan support specialist
  • Hands-on experience with Infinity (essential)
  • Familiarity with SMSF, commercial, and self-employed loans (highly desirable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and client-first mindset
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
