Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and market growth.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with resellers, retailers, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the reseller and retailer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in IT distribution or technology-related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of IT products and distribution channels is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
