Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Wanders around the property to ensure that the guest and employee are properly handled.
  • Assists The Hotel Manager in his/her responsibility for all activities of the Hotel.
  • Assists the Hotel Manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Hotel.
  • Ensures that the team members adhere to all policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Ensures effective communication within the hotel and with all other sections and departments.
  • Handles guest complaints, comments, and ensures communication to the Hotel Manager.
  • Ensures that the highest standard of guest service is maintained and recommends to the Hotel Manager for any suggestions for improvement.
  • Assumes other duties assigned by the Hotel Manager from time to time and handles all section matters in his/her absence.
  • Deals with the issues that may arise as a result of staff misbehavior.
  • Recommend and execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
  • Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
