Key Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for future leadership roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing all components of the Learning and Management Development Program (LMDP), including knowledge and skills tests, book reviews, learning sessions, projects, presentations, reporting, on-the-job training (OJT), and department rotations.
- Demonstrating consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and core values in daily work and interactions.
- Gaining in-depth exposure to various departments such as Production, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Support Services to understand end-to-end business processes.
- Performing assigned departmental tasks and processes in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively within the department and across teams to contribute to shared goals and initiatives.
- Applying critical thinking and continuous improvement principles to solve problems, streamline processes, and deliver results.
- Utilizing data to analyze operations, identify areas for improvement, and make informed recommendations.
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
- Participating in quality improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
- Documenting process flows, work instructions, reports, checklists, and meeting minutes as needed.
- Conducting process mapping and analysis within assigned teams or departments.
- Developing training materials and facilitating learning sessions within your team or department.
- Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to managers, department heads, or executive leadership.
- Proactively participating in cross-functional projects and acting as a team player in implementing improvement actions.
- Performing other duties or assignments as directed by your immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BS Accountancy or related course as per need of the requesting department.
- Computer literate
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and Problem Solving for Continuous improvement
- Experience on the required competencies of the organization or department is an advantage
- At least 2 years work experience related to the need of the organization or department is an advantage
