Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately review, verify, and process invoices promptly.
  • Vendor Management: Update records, send remittance, and request monthly statements.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations, including AP aging reports, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Journal Entries: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze AP reports, including vendor statements, invoices, and credit notes. Assist with audits as required.

Skill Set Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for resolving discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and payments promptly.
  • Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with vendors and teams.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Process-Focused: Deep understanding of AP processes from PO to payment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
