The role will support the
Research & Development (R&D)
team in various key functions. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of dishes for product trials and training sessions, as well as supporting the documentation and development of training materials, purchase requests, and other administrative requirements. The position will help facilitate the rollout and implementation of R&D-led initiatives, oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the Test Kitchen and its equipment, and manage inventory to ensure availability and accuracy of supplies. The role also involves conducting training sessions and validations in preparation for product launches, assisting in marketing photoshoots and reviewing materials for accuracy, and contributing to the preparation of product costings for both small-scale and large-scale batch recipes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in or related to Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • 2 Years work experience in F&B Operations and/or Product Development (Food) not required but preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog)
  • Understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices of operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Exposure to multiple different cuisines in a professional setting.
  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.
