Everyday Banking Consultant / Assisted Digital Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will play a key role in supporting customers with a variety of retail, cards, and digital banking solutions. You will handle customer enquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves managing a high volume of routine enquiries, with a strong focus on effective servicing and resolution.
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Work Hours: Flexible to rotate hours (primarily morning shifts) and shifting schedules based on customer needs.
What you will do:
- Deliver first-contact resolution to customers through in-app messaging channels.
- Handle enquiries efficiently by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing accurate solutions.
- Escalate cases to the appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on positive customer experience.
- Meet customer service, financial, and compliance metrics.
- Continuously build skills and knowledge through training and mentorship.
What we are looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to handle voice customer contacts when required.
- Experience in a contact centre environment, ideally with English-speaking clients (US or Australia preferred).
- Familiarity with contact centre KPIs, workflows, and tools.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
