About the Role

This role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns — particularly across social media and email marketing. You'll help grow the brand's online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive sales through strategic campaigns and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Manage day-to-day social media calendar and community engagement
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads preferred)
  • Execute basic SEO tasks to improve visibility
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, automations)
  • Produce light graphic design assets (social tiles, promotional graphics, simple layouts)
  • Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and consistency across all channels
  • Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads through social media and email channels
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Excellent written English and creative eye suited to a women's fashion audience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager—must have women's fashion experience
  • Strong understanding of social trends, fashion content, and visual storytelling
  • Skilled in Ads Management, SEO basics, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo preferred)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php400.00 per hour
