Nebroo is looking for a full-time Digital Care Lead to manage and elevate our customer engagement across multiple digital and social platforms. This is not an entry-level role – we are looking for someone who can take ownership, create workflows, and collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and oversee customer interactions across email, Facebook, and other digital/social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through Zoho Social or similar platforms.
  • Lead and mentor our internal Digital Care Representative to ensure consistent, high-quality responses.
  • Escalate issues to CS Leads when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
  • Establish, document, and improve workflows for digital care processes.
  • Generate, maintain, and report on customer interaction metrics for leadership review.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify trends, propose improvements, and support company-wide initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital customer support, social media management, or similar roles.
  • Strong written communication skills – clear, concise, and professional tone.
  • Proven ability to create and manage workflows and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Data-driven mindset – confident in tracking, interpreting, and presenting interaction metrics.
  • Reliable, organized, and consistent performance in a full-time remote setup.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of outcomes, and leading others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php340.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
