About the role

As a Customer Care Coordinator at Global Quality Waters and Environmental Solutions Tech., Inc', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions to resolve problems
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the environmental or water treatment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
