What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the environmental or water treatment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
