Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO on a new initiative, gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, sales strategy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Marketing team to create, curate, and manage content for Skyro's sales agents on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Monitor and analyze social media accounts of Skyro's sales agents to ensure consistency with company brand and policy.
Help execute new motivation programs and social media contests in among Skyro's sales agents
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted social media campaigns.
Assist in the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Provide administrative support to the COO, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation related to the initiative.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation.
Previous experience in social media marketing, sales, or operations is a plus.
