We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager who will be tasked with building our brand narrative and enhancing it across various social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our content boosts visibility and awareness while maintaining a consistent representation of our brand's voice, style, and image. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with content trends, references, and relevant material to guide the team effectively.

What will you do?

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop social media content strategies based on brand briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Create impactful visuals to effectively communicate product launches on social media.
  • Foster community engagement and growth across social media platforms.
  • Produce and capture necessary content for publishing on Sunnies Studios' social media pages.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee daily operations and distribution of assets on various social media platforms.
  • Manage all brand-owned social media pages, including Sunnies Studios, Cup Point, and upcoming accounts.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to increase brand awareness.

Content Creation

  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines and lead the team to do the same.
  • Foster the growth and development of the Social Media Associate.
  • Participate in brainstorming and presentation sessions to drive creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with other team leads for cohesive output.

Brand and Product Knowledge

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Sunnies Studios' products and services.
  • Understand and support all initiatives under Sunnies Inc.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate plans, products, and initiatives to the wider Team Sunnies.
  • Foster open communication and feedback within the team.
  • Collaborate and learn from different teams for continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in social media, brand management, or marketing, with management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct teams with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools
