We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in content creation, brand storytelling, and online community engagement while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As part of the team, you will directly contribute to strengthening brand presence and driving audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities.
  • Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and traffic growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals.
  • Conceptualize and recommend creative ideas for campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and apply emerging best practices to optimize content performance.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Passionate about social media and familiar with current content trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other social media management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment.

This is an unpaid internship, but exceptional performance may lead to a guaranteed job offer upon successful completion of the program.
