Strategy Execution and Program Management Director

Overview:

Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization's overall vision and business goals. Drive cross-functional coordination, governance, and performance tracking across departments and business units to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategy execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Establish and manage a robust program governance framework for monitoring progress and resolving execution risks.
  • Facilitate alignment across departments, business units, and external partners to maintain strategic coherence.
  • Provide data-driven insights, performance updates, and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, challenging initiatives to ensure clarity, business value, and alignment.

  • Strategy execution monitoring and reporting
  • Program governance implementation
  • Cross-department/business unit alignment
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Strategic review and challenge of initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy execution, program/project management, or business transformation roles
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is an advantage
  • Background in the telecommunications or technology industry preferred
