Work setup: full-time onsite, based in BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular business data analysis to support management reporting and decisionmaking.
  • Conduct system reconciliation between internal and external data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Develop or utilize automation tools, scripts, or programs (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or other BI tools) to streamline data validation and reporting processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports summarizing findings, insights, and reconciliation results.
  • Collaborate with the finance, operations, and IT teams to improve data integration and reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, system reconciliation, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
