We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen market presence for a manufacturing company based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and leading initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Benefits

Competitive salary range: ₱50,000–₱100,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
