About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking
Head of Finance Department
to lead our finance organization through a period of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader who combines strong technical finance acumen with a proven track record in
driving digital transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence
across global or regional finance functions.

  • Drive finance transformation initiatives - including automation, digitization, and standardization of processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to support business strategy, performance management, and investment decisions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lead finance teams through system migrations, ERP implementations, or shared service transitions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that delivers excellence in reporting, analysis, and business insight.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Must be a CPA.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in finance transformation, process improvement, and systems implementation.
  • Proven success in change management and leading finance through transformation initiatives.
