With a dedicated team of CS and dispute managers, along with quality control oversight, we ensure our clients deliver seamless customer experiences while minimizing operational friction.

We're now looking for a Backend Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our internal systems across customer service, disputes, and supply chain coordination for one of our clients. This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to own backend performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Oversight
Ensure all CS teams meet response time, tone, and resolution quality standards. Review QC reports and resolve escalated client issues.

2. Dispute Management Supervision
Oversee the dispute resolution process across clients. Ensure deadlines are met, errors are minimized, and feedback loops with QC are closed effectively.

3. Supply Chain Coordination
Work with clients' suppliers and fulfillment partners to monitor delivery issues, delays, or return handling gaps that affect customer experience.

4. Operational Reporting & Insights
Collaborate with QC managers to produce clear, actionable weekly reports. Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement across all backend areas.

5. Team Leadership & Accountability
Manage backend staff and team leads. Provide direction, KPIs, and support for improving workflows and individual performance.

6. Client Communication Support
Act as a point of contact for escalated backend issues or strategic changes in process for key clients. Provide clear, professional communication.

What We're Looking For
years of experience in operations, customer service leadership, or dispute/supply chain management (agency or e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of backend workflows in a digital business (support, logistics, quality control).
- Analytical mindset with comfort in Google Sheets, Notion, and CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Leadership experience in remote environments is a plus.
