DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and manage new and existing suppliers to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
Locate key suppliers that meet the company's purchasing agreements and deliver high-quality products per specifications.
Obtain and assess quotes from suppliers, compiling detailed cost breakdowns and contributing to supplier selection.
Negotiate price, order quantities, production timelines, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
Monitor ongoing production to ensure timely and smooth completion according to plans.
Communicate and resolve minor supplier issues effectively.
Maintain accurate data trackers using Google Drive, Excel, and other software.
Provide solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing processes.
Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and confidentiality of all work and company information.
Provide regular feedback to superiors on task status and discuss relevant concerns.
Perform other related duties as required.
Comply with company policies and approved work procedures and guidelines.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education or Training:
BS Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or similar role
\Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (good English communication; BPO background is an advantage).
Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
Ability to maintain 100?ta handling accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience sourcing suppliers directly from China is a requirement.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and work well under pressure.
Team player with a can-do attitude, comfortable receiving feedback and providing solutions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Creative problem-solving and a strategic, analytical mindset.
