Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors and manages accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and statements from clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements from clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Assist in the preparation of the project cost forecast and financial analysis.
  • Handle payment follow-ups with clients address queries related to billing and invoices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions in accordance with the company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for payment schedules and cost management.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the financial status of projects and accounts.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • With relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
