Business Development (Sales) Intern – Training with Allowance

Overview:

Achieve Without Borders, Inc. (AWB) is offering an exciting internship opportunity for aspiring professionals interested in sales and business development. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive intern to support our team in day-to-day operations while gaining practical knowledge in client management, lead generation, and sales coordination.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide essential support to our business development team by organizing schedules, assisting with documentation, and handling communications.
  • Assist in creating and distributing presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Help manage and update our client database and CRM tools to reflect accurate and timely data.
  • Participate in outreach efforts, lead tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Respond to client queries and provide support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Compile data and contribute to regular sales reporting and performance analysis.
  • Join internal team discussions and contribute fresh ideas to help optimize strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-service minded.
  • Maintains professionalism and handles confidential data responsibly.
  • Ready to begin immediately.
  • Willing to report onsite (Makati-based).
  • Must have a personal laptop for use during the internship.
