Achieve Without Borders, Inc. (AWB) is looking for passionate and creative students to join us as Sales and Marketing Interns. This internship is ideal for students pursuing Marketing, Business, or Communications who are eager to gain real experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation and business development for a leading IT company.

Our expertise spans ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite), cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and network infrastructure solutions through AWB Networks, our value-added distribution arm specializing in wireless and wired internet connectivity. From ERP and cloud transformation to network design and deployment, AWB helps Filipino businesses streamline operations, enhance connectivity, and scale efficiently through technology.

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you'll gain exposure to how technology companies position and promote industry-leading solutions across ERP, cloud, and network services, while building your skills in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Help maintain and update the company's website and social media pages
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to generate insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and assist in content scheduling
  • Support the planning and promotion of events, product launches, and webinars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with business development strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Creativity and basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop are a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn
  • Can accommodate full onsite set-up in Makati
