About the role

Join our dynamic hospitality team at Zirconia Inc' as a full-time Server. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests in our Makati City Metro Manila location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience
  3. Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the system, and communicate orders to the kitchen in a timely manner
  4. Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed
  6. Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  7. Assist with side duties like setting up and breaking down the dining area
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and ingredients
  5. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
