Job Overview:

As a Server, your primary responsibility is to ensure guests have a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service. This includes greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, and anticipating guest needs throughout their visit. Servers play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently and courteously.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Handle guest payments (cash, credit, or digital) and return correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Prior serving experience is a plus but not always required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• High school diploma or higher; a degree in business or hospitality is a plus.
