About the role

As an Outbound Sales Representative at Aces Business Process Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growing the company's customer base. This full-time position will see you proactively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and converting them into loyal clients. You'll be an integral part of the sales team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Our client is a prominent national reseller in the United States specializing in basic office supplies, IT equipment, medical supplies, and other replenishable items. What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in high-performance B2B outbound sales
2. Confident, persuasive communication skills
3. Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively
4. Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities in cultivating positive professional rapport
5. Exhibits exceptional organizational skills to optimize productivity and efficiency
6. Available and capable of working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
7. A motivated and resilient mindset coupled with strong capabilities in managing and responding constructively to rejection
8. Resilience, grit, and a growth mindset

Requirements:

1. A laptop or desktop computer capable of efficiently running multiple software applications simultaneously
2. A noise-cancelling headset with a built-in microphone, such as those offered by Poly or similar high-quality brands
3. A reliable internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 mbps.
4. Willingness to work graveyard shifts, 9 PM to 6 AM or 10 PM to 7 PM, depending on the DST.
