Outbound Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass expected sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Clearly convey the advantages of clients' products or services to potential customers.
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospects to gain insight into their needs and offer suitable offers.
  • Availability to work under Eastern Time or Graveyard shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • The starting base salary for regular employees will range from ₱18,000 to ₱25,000.
  • Earn as much as ₱100,000 per month through spiffs, incentives, and commissions.
  • The position offers uncapped and unlimited commission opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or any similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Capacity to grasp customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
