Job Overview

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and promote beauty and skincare products. The role involves product demonstration, customer service, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting beauty and skincare products
  • Demonstrate product features and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and inventory arrangement
  • Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Track stock levels and assist with inventory documentation
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

  • With at least 6 months of retail or sales experience (beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable assisting customers
  • Knowledge of basic makeup application or skincare routines is an advantage
  • Willing to work during shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to be deployed at SM Dasmariñas, Cavite
