Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of Australia's top mortgage brokers. The role serves as an excellent stepping stone for those looking to learn and grow in the Australian mortgage broking industry. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as document review, renaming and data entry, as well as providing support to the wider team with various ad-hoc tasks. Mortgage Channel is fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with some tasks requiring urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Processing: Accurately rename documents and input data into the system while ensuring the integrity of our records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Document Verification: Check supporting documents to ensure all required information is correct.
  • Administrative Support: Order valuations, submit requests for pricing, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
