The Opportunity

As our Paraplanner, you'll play a key role behind every successful loan strategy. You'll combine your mortgage expertise with strong analytical skills to craft accurate, compliant, and personalized recommendations for clients. Working closely with our brokers and support teams, you'll help streamline processes, elevate the client experience, and ensure every loan is backed with clarity and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Research mortgage products, rates, and lender policies to create tailored loan solutions.
  • Prepare and review loan submission packages with accuracy and full compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to support strong loan structuring and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Australian mortgage regulations and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and internal teams to optimize processes and improve client experiences.
  • Assist with follow-ups and communicate recommendations clearly to help clients make informed decisions.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar mortgage support role.
  • Solid understanding of Australian mortgage and loan products.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confidence using financial tools and software; CRM knowledge is a bonus.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
