About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Mortgage-Disclosure Desk professional to join our team in Metro Manila. In this crucial administrative role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of initial disclosures and redisclosure documents for US mortgage transactions. Working closely with our brokers and correspondents, you will play a vital part in facilitating seamless transactions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare comprehensive initial disclosure and redisclosure documents in compliance with US mortgage regulations
  • Review settlement statements, estimated fees, closing cost details, and other transaction documents to ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with brokers, processors and other necessary parties to gather necessary information
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all mortgage transactions
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise
  • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed and complete additional tasks if required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar US mortgage-related administrative or closing role
  • Familiarity with Meridianlink (LQB) and Doc Magic is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting US mortgage regulations and closing disclosure requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with real estate and mortgage industry terminology and best practices
