Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR systems (Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, Hyland OnBase) to manage processes, troubleshoot issues, and support testing of new functionalities.
  • Act as the escalation point for employee inquiries regarding benefits and retirement programs, coordinating with vendors and processing related files (funding files, error reports, etc.).
  • Manage HR transactions and documentation, including employment details, dates of service, and benefit records.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, surveyors).
  • Partner with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, vendors, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address inquiries requiring plan interpretation, exceptions, or policy clarification.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence by meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support seasonal HR initiatives such as Annual Benefits Enrollment and other HR programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in a global shared services environment.
  • At least 2+ years of benefits administration experience (health & welfare, retirement, wellness programs, etc.) in a shared services setup.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems in a global organization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS tools: Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, Hyland OnBase.
  • Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert and escalation point in HR operations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and COEs on HR programs and projects.
