KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end recruitment process
  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in volume hiring especially for blue-collar roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
