We're Hiring — Application Engineer (CAD/CAM Software)

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Engineer to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, loves working with advanced design and manufacturing tools, and enjoys collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for CAD/CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Solid Edge, or similar).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to help clients maximize the use of CAD/CAM tools.
  • Assist in software installation, configuration, and customization to meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot software and process issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
  • Work closely with the sales and product development teams to identify improvement opportunities and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience in CAD/CAM software such as Siemens NX, Solid Edge, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CNC machining processes, manufacturing workflows, and product lifecycle management (PLM) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
