Key Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and track applicants through the ATS
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews

  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Attend job fairs or recruitment events as needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse)
  • Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
