Join our growing team We're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives for a Sales Account who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow their career.
As part of our team, you will handle both customer service and sales-related transactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Salary Package:
- Up to ₱32,000 (2+ years Sales Experience)
- ₱28,000 – ₱30,000 (13–23 months Sales Experience)
- ₱24,000 – ₱27,000 (1 year Sales Experience)
- Plus ₱2,000 Monthly Allowance (Non-taxable Allowance)
- Total Compensation: Up to ₱48,000

- ₱10,000 – ₱12,000 Monthly Sales Incentives
- ₱2,000 Monthly Allowance (Non-taxable Allowance)

- HMO on Day 1
- 20% Night Differential
- Attendance Bonus
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO Sales experience (CSR or related role)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
- Amenable to work on-site at Cebu IT Park
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php48,000.00 per month
