Senior Merchandise Operations Officer

Location: Chino Roces Ave., Makati City (On-site, Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Merchandising Operations professional to keep our product, pricing, and order data running like clockwork. This junior management role combines data accuracy, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving to help our merchandising team deliver products to market on time and in full. What You'll Do

  • Oversee product and order data accuracy in our merchandising system
  • Track and reconcile order books, invoices, and shipment reports
  • Maintain release schedules and ensure timely product launches
  • Partner with Finance, Logistics, and international brand teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and update merchandising reports, product copy, and templates
  • Manage merchandising master files and monitor team calendars
  • Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising operations, supply chain coordination, or sales support
  • 2+ years of supervisory management experience is prefered
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
