JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Digital Operations – Logistics is to support online sangla transactions by conducting face-to-face appraisals with customers. Equipped with appraisal tools for cellphones, gadgets, and jewelry, this role involves riding to customer locations, performing accurate item evaluations, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions. Play a vital role in reaching customers, maintaining service efficiency, and upholding company standards.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct Online Transactions: Execute all customer online transactions via the company website and other available online platforms used:

  • Online Sangla: Online Pawning for Digital office and branches
  • Online Tubo: Online Renewal for Digital office and branches
  • Online Tubos: Online Redemption for Digital office and branches

2. Face-to-face appraisal: riding to customer locations, performing sangla, KYC, Balot SOP. 3. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports summarizing the activities and transactions handled, providing insights and data for decision-making.

4. Concern Management: Address and resolve all branch concerns related to online transactions, including renewals, sangla (pawn), and redemptions. Filters and handles all concerns and needs with the Point Person of the department concerned.

5. Participation in Meetings and Activities: Must attend engagement activities, such as company-wide events, meetings, team huddles, monthly townhalls, engagement activities, and teambuilding events

6. Culture, Engagement, and Communication: providing regular updates on daily activities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Review the given monthly scorecard, semi-annual performance appraisal, and annual performance appraisal for Digital Operations Logistics.
  • Monitoring the implementation and accomplishment of action plans.
  • Reports department target achievement status to immediate superior, daily.

7. Lunch Break: Adhere to the scheduled one-hour lunch break as per the company's established lunchtime policy.

8. SOP Compliance: Strictly follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to confidentiality and security, ensuring the protection of branch or office data.

9. Office Maintenance: Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, promoting a conducive workspace for efficient operations.

10. Code of Behavior Adherence: Follow the Code of Behavior (COB) as outlined by the company, upholding ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.

11. Core Values: Promotes and model the company's core values in every action.

12. Other Assignment (Company needs): Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and other related departments.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • At least High School level.
  • Experience - Prior experience dealing with customers in person
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in using Waze/Google Maps for navigation.
  • Licensed Motorcycle Rider
  • With basic knowledge in basic functions of online communication tools
  • Excellent in oral communication skills.
  • Able to organize data and documentations.
  • Hardworking, dependable and people oriented.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
  • Can deliver result even under pressure.
  • Honest and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
