The Webmaster is responsible for the management, optimization, and operational excellence of Bostik's global and local websites. The role ensures a seamless, secure, and high-performing digital experience aligned with brand standards and business objectives. The Webmaster works closely with digital teams, local marketing teams, and external partners to implement SEO best practices, manage CMS content, and deploy new digital tools and websites globally.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/MISSIONS
- Website Management & Maintenance Update and maintain product pages, landing pages, news, vacancies, and imagery. Ensure technical integrity, performance, and compatibility across all browsers and devices. Coordinate rollout of new websites, tools, and applications.
2. SEO & Performance Optimization Implement keyword optimization and implement on-page SEO techniques. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and implement improvements. Maintain site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Content & CMS Support Fine-tune and upload assets in the digital asset management system. Resize and prepare images (Photoshop) to align with SEO and brand standards. Train local teams on CMS usage and troubleshoot CMS-related issues.
4. Technical Support & Digital Tooling Collaborate with IT, designers, and developers on technical enhancements. Manage and support tools such as SDT and Grout Calculator. Test and debug new features before release.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience MBO+ degree minimum in Digital Marketing or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital/webmaster role.
Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms (Jahia, Drupal, WordPress). Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, SEO principles, and image optimization.
Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and digital asset management systems. Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and UX sensibility. Hands-on, proactive approach.
Open-minded, communicative team player with a solution-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
