A.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

-     Oversee the multiple teams of the department.

-     Lead the implementation in any of IT initiatives in relation to Network, Asset management, Cyber security, ERP solutions and Software development creation.

-     Create documented policies and procedures in line with ISO standard 9001, 14001, 45001.

-     Troubleshoots level 1 to 3 issues and provide resolution as quickly as possible.

-     Leads asset maintenance for smooth operability of the hardware.

-     Maintain the accuracy of IT asset inventory.

-     Manage users and licenses in Azure portal.

-     Interface with 3rd party service provider to resolve issues with common goals.

-     Provide guidance to subordinates in resolving complex issues within the scope of IT.

-     Continuously seek better technology that may be applicable to our organization.

-     Takes ownership of the assigned task and lead by example to the subordinate.

B.   JOB SPECIFICATIONS

·      Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in IT, or computer related courses

·      Experience:

Experienced in Leading an IT Department.

·      Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:

-      Advanced knowledge in Network Administration.

-      Advanced Knowledge in office applications and troubleshooting.

-      Knowledgeable in Cybersecurity best practices.

-      Confident in working with 365 ecosystem.

-      Solid background in people handling.

-      Proven skills in project management.

-      Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

-      Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.

-      High degree of independent judgment.

-      Able to solve complex problems.

-      Good to have experience in ERP solutions and manufacturing set up.
