RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the proper coordination with media groups and sponsors during corporate events and oversees event logistics and media unit management.
  • Monitors PR calendar and assists in the planning, development, and execution of media and marketing events. Conducts post-evaluation of the activities and submits status reports.
  • Supports media relations and regularly updates the database of media contacts and publications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Marketing, or any related course.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in Public Relations and events management (e.g., product launch, trade events, etc.); experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple events and campaigns.
  • With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
  • With valid driver's license.
