Clinical Psychologist

Job Title: Clinical Psychologist | Corporate Clinic-based

Location: Binan, Laguna (Laguna Technopark)

Employment Type: Part-Time/Consultant/Project-based

Schedule: 1st and 3rd Friday of the Month, from 12nn to 3pm (required)

Overview:

We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide onsite psychological support and psycho-educational services in a workplace setting. The role involves assessing mental health concerns, developing treatment plans, conducting counseling sessions, and promoting overall emotional well-being among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and individual/group counseling
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Support employees with emotional, behavioral, and adjustment issues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality
• Collaborate with medical staff and participate in health promotion activities
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and OH&S standards

Qualifications:

• Valid PRC license (Registered Psychologist or Counselor)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language
• Proficient in documentation and basic computer tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
