Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

  • In-charge of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution with consideration of the set inventory turn-over, unhealthy inventory, material depletion, possible write-off materials and other reports.
  • Prepare monthly MRP simulation based on the Approved Product Stock flow from Planning Section, Inventory cimload from Finance, open orders, Actual receipts, Good in-transit, and Pull-Out data during the period.
  • Analyze Inventory Turn-over Report for Raw Materials, Work in Process, and Finished Products.
  • Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and report the Unhealthy Inventory that may lead into Write Off for disposal.
  • In collaboration with the Materials Change PIC for the depletion and progress of the new material for Mass Pro.
  • Monthly generation of material shortage list and share it with the Procurement and the Planning Section PICs for the respective product assignment for the needed sections.
  • Propose process improvement with collaboration to the related sections.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any courses/college degree (preferably in business management)
  • Knowledge of relevant planning and procurement system, good planning and analytical problem solver.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (particularly with Microsoft Excel)
  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • At least 1.5 years working experience in Manufacturing company.
