About the role

TDK Philippines Corporation, a leading global electronics company, is seeking an experienced Sr. Procurement Staff to join our team in Laguna Technopark, Binan City Laguna. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Negotiating and securing the best possible terms and pricing with suppliers
  2. Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules
  3. Managing supplier relationships and performance
  4. Analysing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
  5. Preparing and processing purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
  7. Maintaining accurate records and implementing effective inventory management practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using procurement-related software
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of supplier management, contract administration, and inventory control best practices
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
