2、Training & Development: Gather skill requirements from the Finance Department (e.g., tax filing, financial system operation); organize monthly mini-training sessions (covering job-specific practical skills or professional knowledge); monitor training effectiveness and implement optimizations.

3、Skills: Proficient in Office (Excel/PPT) and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Beisen); basic ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, simple chart creation);
