
Medical Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representative to support patients by answering inquiries, resolving billing issues, and collecting self-pay balances over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient calls regarding billing, claims, and payments
- Process credit card payments and resolve account balances
- Navigate systems such as GE Centricity and Epic
- Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling patient data
- Maintain productivity, quality, and professionalism on every call
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospital or physician billing
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPC codes, and claim forms
- Ability to remain calm during challenging calls
- Willingness to work onsite and during night shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php33,000.00 per month
